Answer and direct incoming phone calls. Provide excellent customer service to clients, families, caregivers, and community partners. Perform administrative tasks including data entry, filing, scanning, and document preparation. Maintain organized office records and assist with daily office operations. Participate in the agency's on-call phone rotation. Assist with occasional social media posts and monthly caregiver and community newsletters. Support additional office projects as needed. What We're Looking For The ideal candidate is: Friendly, professional, and dependable. Organized with strong attention to detail. Comfortable communicating in person and over the phone. Able to manage multiple tasks while maintaining excellent customer service. A collaborative team player with a willingness to learn. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office. Experience with Canva or social media is a plus, but not required. Must successfully pass a Minnesota state background check. Physical Requirements Frequent use of hands, wrists, and fingers for computer and office work. Ability to lift or move up to 25 pounds. Ability to bend, twist, and stoop occasionally.
