Job Summary :
We are seeking a highly motivated and friendly Front Desk Representative to join our team. This role is responsible for providing exceptional customer service, greeting guests, managing phone calls, and ensuring smooth operations at the front desk. The ideal candidate will be professional, organized, and have excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities :
Greet and assist visitors and clients with a positive and professional attitude. Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and efficient manner. Check in and check out guests in a timely and friendly manner. Manage and maintain front desk schedules, appointments, and reservations. Provide information about the company, services, and local area to guests. Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints with a focus on providing excellent service. Ensure that the front desk area is clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies. Process payments, receipts, and maintain accurate transaction records. Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and other office duties as needed. Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth daily operations.
Qualifications :
High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree is a plus). Strong verbal and written communication skills. Proficient in basic office software (Microsoft Office Suite, email, etc.). Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
