Job Description

We are now accepting applications for a Part-Time Front Desk Associate for our busy day spa in downtown Mankato.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide a 5-star, guest service to clientele Answer phone calls, respond to client emails Be a knowledgeable resource for clients about our services Manage in house bookings Manage spa laundry Participate in cohesion with other team members in a holistic, client centered environment
Abilities:
Excellent multi-tasking Good time management Communication skills (listening, feedback, speaking) Computer literacy Five star customer service in person and over the phone
Competencies:
