Job Description
Position OverviewWe are seeking a professional and customer-focused Front Desk Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees. This role is responsible for managing front desk operations, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting the overall administrative functions of the office. The ideal candidate is organized, personable, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesGreet and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a professional manner.
Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls.
Manage incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and correspondence.
Schedule appointments, meetings, and conference room reservations.
Maintain visitor logs and ensure office security procedures are followed.
Perform data entry, filing, scanning, and document management.
Assist with preparing reports, correspondence, and other administrative documents.
Order and maintain office supplies and inventory.
Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.
