Receptionist - Veterinary Hospital

Client Service Representative Position Available Cleary Lake Veterinary Hospital currently seeking a high-motivated, dedicated, and caring Client Service Representative to join our team. We are an equine and small animal practice located in Prior Lake, MN. This position requires being compassionate, professional, and the ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment. Our ideal candidate is dedicated, self-motivated as well as a team player with great communication skills. Schedule flexibility and rotation is a necessity. Position Duties Provide excellent customer service, be friendly & greet clients and answer questions. Answering multiple telephone lines, schedule appointments, prepare charts, discuss pet and client needs, process incoming patients, and handle payments. Communicate as liaison with clients, other CSR's, veterinary technicians, and veterinarians. Handle incoming and outgoing mail, faxes, and email. Update patient and client information in our database. Process credit card payments, close cash drawers, and prepare bank deposits. Maintain the cleanliness of the office and lobby area. Exceptional organizational skills. Must be able to lift 40 pounds.

Experience:

A background in the veterinary or animal service field is preferred, 2 years of prior quality customer service experience, typing, and data entry skills are necessary, must have the ability to quickly and competently answer busy multi-line telephone system, and familiarity with veterinary terms.

Education:

While a college degree is not necessary for this position, we do require a high school diploma or GED.

Wage:

Depends on experience Part time or full time position
