We are a clinician-led practice committed to ethical, evidence-based, and family-centered care.

Compensation:

$22 to $26+ per hour depending on certification and experience. Higher rates available for highly experienced RBTs or therapists with specialized training.

Schedule:

Full-time and part-time options. Weekday daytime, after-school, and weekend availability welcome.

Location:

In-person at our clinic at 1401 American Blvd E Suite 8, Bloomington, MN 55425, with potential for in-home or community-based sessions.

What you will do:

Implement individualized ABA treatment plans designed by a BCBA Collect and graph behavioral data with accuracy and consistency Use evidence-based teaching strategies including DTT, NET, and PRT Build positive rapport with clients and caregivers Collaborate with the clinical team and contribute to program adjustments What we are looking for: Active RBT certification OR significant verifiable behavior therapy experience Strong knowledge of ABA principles, ethical practice, and HIPAA Reliable transportation and a consistent weekly schedule Excellent communication and documentation skills A genuine passion for working with children with autism What we offer: Competitive pay and paid training Mentorship from experienced BCBAs and lead therapists Career advancement pathways including BCBA fieldwork support for qualified candidates A respectful, collaborative team culture Paid drive time and mileage reimbursement when applicable Horizon Bridge is an equal opportunity employer.
