Job Title:

Receptionist/ Administrative Assistant / Office Coordinator (Part-Time) Job Description We are seeking a part-time Administrative Assistant / Office Coordinator to support daily office operations. This role involves serving as the front point of contact for visitors, maintaining office organization, coordinating meeting spaces, managing supplies, and providing general administrative support to staff. Responsibilities

+ Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees.

+ Answer and route incoming phone calls.

+ Maintain reception, lobby, and shared office areas.

+ Manage office supply inventory and place orders.

+ Coordinate deliveries and vendor interactions.

+ Schedule and maintain conference room reservations.

+ Set up meeting rooms and ensure equipment readiness.

+ Provide administrative support and assist with special projects. Essential Skills + 1+ years of administrative, receptionist, office coordinator, or customer service experience.

+ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

+ Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.

+ Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.

+ Professional demeanor and customer-service mindset. Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Experience supporting a professional office environment.

+ Experience coordinating meetings, calendars, or office services.

+ Associate degree or administrative training preferred. Work Environment The position offers flexible part-time hours, typically Monday through Friday, with ideal hours being 8 AM to 4 PM. However, there is flexibility for start/end times. The work environment is professional, with a focus on customer service and efficient office operations. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of St. Louis Park, MN. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $30.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
