Position SummaryWe are seeking a welcoming and dependable Front Desk Receptionist to support daily office operations and provide exceptional service to visitors, clients, and staff. This position serves as the face of the organization and is responsible for ensuring a professional and positive experience for all guests. The ideal candidate is organized, customer-focused, and flexible with scheduling needs, including weekends and varying shift hours.
Key ResponsibilitiesWelcome and assist visitors, clients, and vendors in a professional manner.
Answer and direct incoming phone calls and respond to general inquiries.
Manage incoming mail, packages, and office correspondence.
Maintain the appearance and organization of the reception area.
Coordinate meeting room schedules and assist with appointment booking.
Complete data entry, filing, document preparation, and other administrative tasks.
Support various departments with clerical and office-related duties.
Ensure a positive and professional experience for all guests and callers.
