Awaken for Wellness is looking for a friendly, dependable, and motivated Front Desk Associate to join our Saint Paul team. You'll be one of the first people our clients interact with and play an important role in creating an exceptional experience from the moment they walk through the door. We're a locally owned wellness center offering massage therapy, float therapy, infrared sauna, red light therapy, cold plunge, and other wellness services. This is a great position for someone who enjoys working with people, stays organized in a fast-paced environment, and has a genuine interest in health and wellness.

What You'll Do:

As a Front Desk Associate, you'll help keep the center running smoothly while providing exceptional service to our clients.

Responsibilities include:

Greeting clients and creating a welcoming experience Checking clients in and out for appointments Answering phone calls, texts, emails, and client questions Scheduling and adjusting appointments Educating clients about our services, memberships, and products Recommending services and products based on client needs Processing payments and maintaining accurate transactions Supporting membership and retail product sales Keeping the front desk and client areas clean, organized, and stocked Assisting with opening and/or closing the wellness center Helping with basic facility and day-to-day operational needs Learning our services and products so you can confidently answer client questions Participating in occasional community, promotional, or marketing events Supporting the rest of the team when needed Who We're Looking For You may be a great fit if you: Genuinely enjoy helping and talking with people Are dependable and show up when you're scheduled Are organized and able to manage several tasks at once Communicate clearly and professionally Are comfortable using computers, scheduling software, and point-of-sale systems Are comfortable recommending and selling products and services Take initiative instead of waiting to be told what needs to be done Work well independently and as part of a team Have an interest in health, wellness, fitness, recovery, or holistic health Are willing to learn and receive feedback High school diploma or GED required. Previous front desk, customer service, hospitality, retail, salon/spa, fitness, or healthcare experience is helpful but not required for the right person. Ability to pass a background check is required.

Compensation Base Pay:

$19

• 20 per hour

Schedule Full-Time:

approximately 36-40 hours per week This is an in-person position at our Saint Paul location. Availability for a combination of weekdays, evenings, and rotating weekends is required.
