Full Job Description Description:
The Receptionist / Administrative Assistant serves as the first point of contact for visitors and callers while providing administrative support to ensure the office runs smoothly. This role requires a professional, customer-focused individual who can effectively manage multiple priorities, maintain an organized office environment, and support various departments as needed. Key Responsibilities Greet visitors with a friendly, welcoming attitude and assist with directing guests to meeting areas. Answer and route incoming calls through a multi-line phone system. Manage incoming and outgoing mail and package deliveries. Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area, conference rooms, and common areas. Order and restock office and kitchen supplies. Coordinate lunches, meetings, and other office events as needed. Assist with preparing new hire welcome materials and onboarding kits. Support marketing and HR initiatives by assembling, organizing, and shipping materials. Coordinate shipments through carriers such as FedEx and UPS. Provide general administrative support and assist with special projects as needed.
Requirements:
Previous receptionist, administrative assistant, or customer service experience. Strong customer service and interpersonal skills. Professional, friendly, and welcoming demeanor. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general office equipment. Dependable, proactive, and team-oriented with a positive attitude.
