Part-Time Office Intern Job Summary:
Focus HealthCare is seeking a friendly, dependable college student for a part-time Office Intern position. As a Part-Time Office Intern, you will gain real office and business experience across multiple departments in a supportive environment, with a schedule designed to work around your classes. No prior office experience needed•we'll train you!
Key Responsibilities:
Answer incoming phone calls in a warm, professional manner Direct calls to the correct staff member or department Take detailed messages when staff are unavailable and follow up as needed Call and check in with clients after initial onboarding to help support a successful start of care Greet visitors and staff arriving at the office Keep the front desk area organized and welcoming Assist with general office tasks, such as: + Filing and document organization + Data entry + Preparing/distributing mail + Restocking office/breakroom supplies Support Human Resources, Program Integrity, and Care Coordination with administrative tasks as assigned Support special projects and other administrative tasks as needed
What We're Looking For:
A friendly, reliable attitude and willingness to learn Comfortable talking on the phone and interacting with people Good organizational skills and attention to detail Basic computer skills (email, typing, general software use) A college student seeking part-time work that fits around a class schedule•this role is ideal for that!
