Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and friendly Front Desk Associate to be the welcoming face of our organization. Duties Greet visitors, clients, and staff with enthusiasm and professionalism, creating a welcoming atmosphere Manage multi-line phone systems to handle inquiries efficiently and direct calls appropriately Maintain accurate records through data entry, filing, and updating spreadsheets using productivity software like Microsoft Office and Google Workspace Assist with calendar management and appointment scheduling for staff or executives Support office management tasks such as ordering supplies, organizing files, and overseeing general administrative operations Provide customer support by answering questions, providing information, and resolving issues promptly Perform clerical duties including proofreading documents, word processing, and maintaining office equipment to ensure smooth daily operations Experience Proven office experience or administrative support background demonstrating strong organizational skills Familiarity with front desk responsibilities including phone communication and client interaction Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace tools for document creation and data management Experience with data entry, filing systems, and maintaining spreadsheets for record-keeping purposes Technical proficiency with office equipment such as multi-line phones, printers, and computers Bilingual abilities are highly valued to assist diverse client needs effectively Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment Join us as a Front Desk Associate where your positive attitude and technical skills will make a meaningful difference every day.
