Job Description
We are a fast-paced and friendly groom salon seeking a part-time weekend reception/customer service person. This position is responsible for answering phone calls/messages, replying to emails and Facebook messages, tracking and filing vaccination records, scheduling and confirming appointments, checking customers in and out, collecting payments, keeping the lobby clean and organized, and above all making sure every customer is greeted with a smile. Prior experience working with dogs is preferred but not necessary. Requirements include the ability to lift up to 40 lbs., good organization, basic math/cash handling, the ability to use a desktop p/c and credit card machine, excellent customer service, and dog handling. All applicants must be 18 years of age or older due to insurance restrictions.
