Support office management tasks such as ordering supplies, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring office equipment functions properly. Provide customer support by addressing inquiries via phone or email and assisting with basic administrative requests. Marketing Requirements Proven clerical or medical office experience with strong organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel), Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets), and general computer literacy. Experience with data entry, filing systems, and document proofreading for accuracy. Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written forms Familiarity with phone systems and phone etiquette standards. Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail. Prior experience in customer service or front desk roles is highly desirable.
