Ozarks Community Hospital (OCH), located in Webb City, MO, is seeking a Customer Service Representative; Receptionist to join our Webb City Clinic .
Our Mission:
Ozarks Community Hospital and clinics are dedicated to providing exceptional healthcare and preventive services to all patients in an atmosphere of compassion, respect, and dignity, with a commitment to care for the underserved and to improve access to care. Under the direction of the Clinic Manager provides direct and indirect patient assistance and care in the office/clinic settings. Assists in development and orientation of new office / clinic staff. Assists in coordinating activities of the office /clinic. Assists with covering work schedules and assists to improve work flow. Keeps the providers informed of both progress and potential problems.

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent. Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, third party payors. Successful work experience in a front office setting or in another clerical position. Strong working knowledge of office procedures and basic accounting principles. Ability to effectively use and maintain office equipment. BLS or Friends and Family certification preferred.
