POSITION SUMMARY
The Receptionist functions as an intermediary between staff, patients, peers, and visitors. The Receptionist is responsible for maintaining the organization of the medical office by performing various administrative and clerical tasks essential to the provision of efficient and effective care.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or equivalent, required Proven experience as a receptionist or similar role, preferred
QUALIFICATIONS
Strong discretion and ability to handle confidential information Composure in fast‑paced, high‑pressure environments Willingness and ability to learn new technologies Dependable, punctual, and highly detail‑oriented Strong multitasking and independent‑work capabilities Excellent written and verbal communication skills Accurate documentation skills Ability to follow established workflows consistently
