Full job description Job Summary Busy law firm seeking a front desk bilingual receptionist. Musts be able to work from 8 AM-5 PM, multitask, answer/operate multi-line phone system, handle incoming faxes, handle daily appointments as well as coordinate visitors and guests as they arrive, and provide secretarial support as needed. The Bilingual Receptionist will play a vital role in maintaining efficient office workflows and ensuring a welcoming environment for all guests and staff. Responsibilities Greet visitors and clients professionally, ensuring a positive first impression Manage multi-line phone systems and direct inquiries to the appropriate team Assist with administrative tasks such as photocopying/scanning and mail distribution when/if needed Provide customer support via phone and in-person interactions with excellent phone etiquette Qualifications Prior experience is highly recommended Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is required Strong computer skills Experience with multi-line phone systems and front desk operations Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment Demonstrate customer service skills with professional phone etiquette and interpersonal communication abilities Ability to handle confidential information discreetly and maintain professionalism at all times Resumes will be collected for approximately 2 weeks and then reviewed.
