Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated Front Desk Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and a love for animals, especially dogs. This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where you will interact with pet owners and their furry companions. Duties
  • Greet and assist clients and their pets in a friendly and professional manner
  • Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage reservations
  • Provide information about services offered and answer inquiries
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area and retail store
  • Move animals through the facility quickly and strategically Requirements
  • Experience in a pet care facility is preferred
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle inquiries effectively
  • Knowledge of basic animal handling and restraint techniques
  • Ability to lift heavy objects when necessary
  • Familiarity with pet grooming, dog training, or veterinary procedures is a plus Hours
  • Monday/Tuesday:
    7:15am to 6pm (1 hour for lunch)
  • Saturday (Every Other Week): 8am to 6pm
Sunday:
3pm to 6pm
Note:
This is not a standard desk job. It can be quite physical and involves handling animals of various sizes throughout our facility.
