Full-Time Urgent Care Receptionist Urgent care clinic seeking a dependable, professional full-time receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a stable work history, excellent customer service skills, and at least 2 years of medical office experience. Schedule

• Clinic hours are Monday-Friday from 8:00 AM-8:00 PM and Saturday-Sunday from 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
• Position requires working every other weekend
• Typical schedule consists of 4 days one week and 3 days the following week
• Closed on Easter, Thanksgiving, and Christmas Day Responsibilities
• Answering and directing phone calls
• Patient check-in and registration
• Collecting copays and payments
• Verifying insurance eligibility and benefits
• Scheduling appointments as needed
• Maintaining accurate patient records
• Assisting with general front office and administrative duties Qualifications
• Minimum of 2 years of medical office experience required
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable attendance and professional demeanor
• Experience with insurance verification and electronic medical records preferred
• Training and orientation will be provided.

Position anticipated to begin around July 1, 2026. Training will be held at our Lexington location.
