About Us:
Flow Pilates is a boutique Pilates studio in the heart of Chapel Hill, dedicated to creating a welcoming, supportive community while helping clients achieve their mind-body health goals. We are an independently owned, female-owned business (not a franchise), and we take pride in offering a personalized, community-centered studio experience.
Position Overview:
As a Part-Time Sales & Front Desk Associate, you will be the first point of contact for our clients. You'll support daily front desk operations, assist with sales conversations, and help create an exceptional in-studio experience. While prior sales experience is a plus, a willingness to learn, grow, and take coaching is essential.
Key Responsibilities :
Sales & Client Experience Greet clients warmly and create a welcoming, boutique studio environment. Assist with new client inquiries, both in person and over the phone. Support membership sales by explaining class options, packages, and studio offerings. Follow established sales scripts and participate in ongoing sales training. Help convert interested prospects into active members with guidance from management. Front Desk & Studio Support Manage front desk operations, including client check-ins, scheduling, and basic account assistance. Use studio management software to schedule classes and update client information. Assist with payment processing and basic billing questions. Support studio cleanliness, organization, and overall presentation. Communicate client needs or concerns to the Studio Manager as needed.
What We're Looking For:
Friendly, dependable, and people oriented with a positive attitude. Sales experience is a plus, but not required. Willingness to learn sales skills and receive coaching is mandatory. Strong communication skills and comfort speaking with clients in person and over the phone. Basic computer skills and ability to learn studio software.-Interest in fitness, Pilates, or the wellness industry is a plus. Availability to work a mix of mornings, evenings, and weekends is preferred.
