We work with baseball and softball players and our coaching speaks for itself once a family walks through the door. Getting them through the door is the job. What you'll actually do You are the first person a family talks to. Every shift you'll: Send outreach DMs to local baseball and softball families on Instagram and Facebook, introducing the facility and offering a free swing evaluation Call parents from local team, league, and travel-ball to do the same Respond to inbound leads: evaluation form submissions, DMs, and calls. Book evaluations onto the calendar & confirm them
