Job Description

Position Summary We are seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Administrative Assistant/Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and staff while providing essential administrative support. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, customer-service focused, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced office environment. Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and guests in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls and emails.
  • Manage the reception area and maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment.
  • Schedule appointments, meetings, and conference rooms as needed.
  • Receive, sort, and distribute mail, packages, and other correspondence.
  • Perform data entry, scanning, filing, copying, and other general administrative tasks.
  • Coordinate office communications and assist with special projects as assigned.
  • Provide administrative support to managers and other staff members.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support daily office operations. Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or administrative training is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Professional, friendly, and positive attitude.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor. Work Environment This position is primarily office-based and involves regular interaction with employees, clients, vendors, and visitors. The successful candidate should be comfortable working in a professional, customer-focused environment and handling confidential information with discretion. Compensation & Benefits

Pay:
$20.00 - $22.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
