Job Description
Overview Sambuco Barber Company is an established, high-end barbershop known for exceptional service, professionalism, and attention to detail. We are looking for a Receptionist/Shop Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in creating an outstanding customer experience. This is not an entry-level front desk position. We're looking for someone who is organized, confident, dependable, and able to help lead the daily operations of a busy barbershop. What You'll Do Be the first impression of our business by greeting every client with professionalism and hospitality. Manage appointments, cancellations, and waitlists using Vagaro. Answer phones, text messages, and client inquiries promptly. Check clients in and out while processing payments accurately Skills Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to handle client communication professionally and courteously. Minimum 1 year of customer service, hospitality, salon, spa, barbershop, tattoo shop, medical office, or front desk experience. Experience demonstrating excellent phone etiquette. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently and manage time effectively Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
