Job Description

Position available for a veterinary receptionist with experience working in an animal hospital. Must be familiar with restraining and caring for pets. Good phone and people skills are required as well as a knowledge of general pet care. Salary will depend on experience and skill level.

Join our dedicated team and help us deliver compassionate service in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Greet and assist clients at the front desk, ensuring a welcoming environment. Manage appointment scheduling and maintain accurate patient records. Provide information on pet care and veterinary services to clients. Handle animals with care, employing proper restraint techniques as needed. Assist veterinary staff with basic animal care tasks and ensure cleanliness in the reception area. Process payments and manage medical collections efficiently.
