Job Description
-Overview We are seeking a dynamic and organized Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our high-volume bankruptcy law firm. This pivotal role involves managing front desk operations, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring smooth administrative workflows. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, technical proficiency, and a proactive attitude to support daily office functions. Join us to create a positive first impression and contribute to an efficient, friendly workplace environment. Full-time position would be M-F 8-5. Part-time position would be 9-1 M-F. Responsibilities Greet visitors and clients warmly, directing them appropriately and maintaining a professional front desk presence Manage multi-line phone systems, answer inquiries promptly, and route calls efficiently using proper phone etiquette Maintain office supplies inventory, order necessary materials, and ensure the workspace remains organized and welcoming Utilize computer skills across productivity software including Microsoft Office applications to support daily operations Experience Previous clerical or administrative experience in an office environment is highly preferred Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and phone communication best practices Experience working in customer service roles, demonstrating excellent interpersonal skills and professionalism Technical proficiency with computer literacy, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel), spreadsheets, and data management tools This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your organizational skills while supporting a vibrant team.
