50/hour Position Summary Well-Spring is seeking a friendly, professional Front Desk Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for residents, visitors, and team members. This role is essential in creating a welcoming environment while supporting daily administrative and communication needs across the community. Key Responsibilities Greet residents, visitors, and guests with a warm and professional demeanor Answer and direct incoming calls using a multi-line phone system Coordinate resident transportation requests and communicate with transportation staff Receive, log, and distribute deliveries; notify residents/departments for pickup Distribute memos and flyers to resident mailboxes Provide information on community events and activities Monitor activity sign-up sheets and report to the Activities department Oversee daily courtesy check-in system Monitor video surveillance equipment Issue access cards to residents and team members Assist with guest suite reservations and check-in coordination Maintain a clean, organized front desk area Perform other administrative duties as assigned Qualifications High School Diploma required Previous customer service experience preferred Experience with multi-line phone systems preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to interact courteously and patiently with older adults Ability to remain calm and respond appropriately in emergency situations Proficiency in Microsoft Office What We're Looking For Positive, welcoming attitude Strong attention to detail and organization Dependable with consistent attendance Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Commitment to excellent customer service Why Well-Spring?
