Job Description

Our office in High Point is currently looking for a permanent full-time
BILINGUAL
front desk employee. Dental experience is a plus but not necessary we will be willing to train the right candidate. Interview will be held in the Winston-Salem office• Hours are Monday-Friday 7:45am-5:00pm. Must be able to work at least 1-2 Saturdays a month.
Duties:
Answer phone calls/forward calls Greet patients as entering the building Answer patients' questions Confirm appointments Verify dental insurance benefits Schedule appointments Check in/ check out Review treatment plans with patients Process payments Sort and distribute incoming and outgoing mail Perform other front desk duties Position will remain open until filled.
