Job Description

As the first point of contact for employees, clients, and visitors, the Receptionist at EAS plays a key role in creating a welcoming and professional environment. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage a variety of administrative tasks that support the daily operations of our offices.
Schedule:
Monday-Thursday 7:30am-5:30pm, Friday 7:30am-11:30am (rotating every other week stay until 2:30 - 3:00 pm)

Responsibilities:
Answer phone calls and direct calls to appropriate staff and provide basic information as requested Provide callers with accurate information about Environmental Air Systems Maintain lobby/reception area's appearance, including overall cleanliness, and keep materials such as magazines in a neat and orderly manner Order and organize office supplies Order catering as needed Assist in setting up the conference rooms when guests are scheduled to come to our facility Maintain the schedule of conference rooms and training rooms Clean and organize the front reception, including conference rooms, and kitchen area Direct janitorial staff when the front office needs additional clean-up Sort and distribute mail as received; Post and send outgoing mail Process online UPS shipments Maintain visitor log Coordinate with postage machine service companies to always maintain proper working order Assist officer personnel as needed
Education Requirements/Qualifications:
This position requires a minimum of a high school education Must have customer service / receptionist experience
Job Requirements/Special Skills:
Must have excellent verbal communication skills Must possess exceptional organizational skills with great attention to detail Be comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-tasked environment Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Google suite Operate basic office equipment (fax, copier, postage meter, etc.)
