As the face of the hospital, our CSRs greet visitors with warmth and compassion, fostering trust in the veterinary team and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. In this role, you will schedule and manage the flow of appointments , provide empathetic customer service while multi-tasking between a multi-line phone system and in-person clients, process financial transactions, answer inquiries, and provide essential information about the services we provide. This position is ideal for candidates with a background in fast-paced customer service who are friendly and outgoing, detail-oriented , excellent at multi-tasking, and committed to contributing to a team-focused environment.

Schedule:

This is a Part-Time position , with a flexible schedule with availability needed Monday-Sunday . We're looking for someone to work 20-30 hours/week including 1-2 weekend shifts per month. Full-time benefits and compensation•:

Compensation:

$16 - 19, for each hour worked•
