Job Description
This position serves as a first point of contact for clients before and after their appointment. Greeting and welcoming clients with a positive first impression of the agency is utmost important in dealing with the client population. Responsible for interacting with clients while managing administrative tasks for the team is essential. Job tasks include but are not limited to triaging walk-in clients and phone triage with potential clients, answering multi-line phone system, familiarity with telehealth and telepsych services. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Provides coverage of main phones, directing calls to programs and individuals, and taking clear messages.
