Do you love animals and enjoy helping people? Seven Lakes Kennels is looking for a dependable, friendly, and organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. This position combines exceptional customer service with hands-on animal care in a fast-paced pet boarding environment.

Responsibilities:

Greet clients and provide outstanding customer service Answer phones and assist with customer questions Schedule boarding, grooming, and daycare reservations Check pets in and out of the facility Safely escort dogs to and from their boarding rooms Maintain accurate records using our computer reservation system Communicate effectively with pet owners and fellow team members Assist with keeping the front office clean, organized, and welcoming to clients Support the kennel team as needed

Qualifications:

Genuine love for animals and confidence handling dogs of all sizes Excellent communication and customer service skills Strong computer and typing skills Organized, dependable, and task-oriented Able to multitask in a busy environment Reliable attendance and punctuality are a must Able to walk, bend, lift up to 50 pounds, and remain on your feet throughout the day Previous customer service, veterinary, boarding, or kennel experience is a plus but not required- we're happy to train the right person
