We are looking for a sharp, reliable, high-energy Front Desk Team Member to be the face of our flagship location. This is not a sit-and-scroll job. You will own the member experience, drive sign-ups, and keep the facility running at the standard our brand is known for. Duties Greet every member by name with genuine energy and professionalism Handle check-ins, sign-ups, facility tours, and member inquiries with confidence Process new memberships, billing updates, and failed billing follow-ups using GymMaster Follow up with leads daily through GoHighLevel (calls, texts, emails) and book tours Give tours and ask for the sign-up. This is a sales-supportive role Keep the facility spotless: wipe down equipment, restock towels, handle trash, and maintain locker rooms Schedule training appointments and coordinate with the personal training team Solve member problems on the spot without passing the buck Hit daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs tied to lead follow-up, tours booked, and sign-ups closed Execute SOPs exactly as written, every shift, every time Support opening, mid-day, or closing duties depending on assigned shift Skills and Qualifications Reliability is non-negotiable. On time, in uniform, ready to work, every shift Strong communication skills in person, on the phone, and over text Sales-minded and comfortable asking for the close Coachable. We have a clear 15-day independence standard for new hires Tech-comfortable. You will be trained on GymMaster, GoHighLevel, and our internal Command Center Genuinely fit, healthy, or actively on that journey.
