While prior retail experience is preferred, we also welcome applicants with employment experience who can demonstrate a strong level of communication, initiative, and problem-solving skills. Responsibilities Provide personalized and inspirational customer service - making every guest feel valued. Utilize training and product/service knowledge expertise to educate and guide clients. Collaborate with team members to facilitate client bookings & schedules. Maintain high standards of visual appeal and salon cleanliness Consistent work schedules may include mornings, days, and evenings. No late nights. Requirements Preferred previous retail or customer service experience. Ability to demonstrate high levels enthusiasm and client engagement. Proven ability to provide authentic and personalized customer service. Experience with retail point-of-sale software is required. Must be able to provide proof of right to live and work in the country if invited for an interview.
