Where You'll Work CHI St. Alexius Health Dickinson, part of CommonSpirit Heath, a national nonprofit health system based in Englewood, Colorado. The faith-based system operates in 18 states and includes 103 hospitals. Additional services offered within the system are: long-term care, assisted and residential living communities, community health services organizations, home health agencies, and numerous outpatient facilities. Job Summary and Responsibilities As our Clinic Receptionist at CHI St. Alexius Health Dickinson, you will be the welcoming heart of our clinic, creating a comforting and efficient environment for every patient journey.

Every day, you will expertly manage patient reception, coordinate essential administrative tasks, leverage technology for seamless operations, and thoughtfully guide diverse patient populations, ensuring they feel at ease and understand their care instructions.

To be successful in this role, you will possess exceptional interpersonal skills, technological proficiency, genuine compassion for patient well-being, and an adaptable, patient approach to facilitating a positive experience for all. Establishes and maintains effective working relationships and outstanding customer service skills. Performs patient check-in at the time of the visit, interviews patients and completes all paperwork necessary to ensure the admitting process is efficient and all clinic and regulatory policies are in compliance. Copies/scan patient medical records, benefits/insurance information, and related hardcopy materials (e.g. ID, referrals, insurance cards, etc.) into the correct location in the electronic medical record system. Collects patient responsibility payments and answers routine patient insurance and billing inquiries. Answers phone calls, schedules appointments, ensures insurance coverage, and alerts patients as to what documentation is needed, including details associated with time-of-service payment schedules. Job Requirements Required High School Graduate or equivalent and An equivalent combination of relevant education and/or experience. Preferred experience with Meditech, Allscripts, Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
