Job Description
Front Desk Agent We are looking for a welcoming and service-oriented Front Desk Agent to become part of our resort team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people and takes pride in creating positive first impressions. As the initial point of contact for our guests, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional service and supporting smooth front desk operations. Prior experience in hotel or guest services is preferred, along with strong communication skills and a genuine enthusiasm for hospitality. Key Responsibilities Welcome guests with a friendly, professional attitude and assist with arrival and departure procedures Operate a multi-line phone system, responding to calls, reservations, and inquiries efficiently Share information about resort amenities, services, and nearby attractions to enhance the guest experience Address guest needs, concerns, and special requests promptly and courteously Maintain accurate reservation, billing, and guest records Work closely with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure rooms are ready and guest issues are resolved quickly Follow all resort policies related to safety, security, and guest confidentiality Assist with night audit responsibilities when required, ensuring accuracy at shift close Qualifications Previous experience in hotel front desk operations or hospitality management preferred Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a strong plus Excellent customer service skills with clear, professional communication Familiarity with hotel management software and phone systems Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment Background in guest relations, resort operations, or hospitality is advantageous Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed Polished appearance and a strong commitment to guest satisfaction Join our team and help create memorable stays for our guests while growing your career in a dynamic resort environment.
