So Vision Source Mandan is looking for a new team member to join our crew and help us take care of our patients' eyes! A lot of our patients feel we provide a friendly positive atmosphere during their eyecare visit and we need someone with a warm smile who can help us achieve those patient experience goals. Candidates must be computer savvy, have the ability to multitask, enjoy a fast-paced work environment, and possess great attention to detail. And... love eyeglasses! (I mean, who doesn't?) Role:

Greet patients that enter the clinic and be the first smile of their exceptional experience. Answer phone calls Schedule and confirm appointments Gather insurance information and verify patient eligibility Enter orders for contact lenses Help patients understand their insurance benefits Collect patient payments Prior medical receptionist experience is preferred but not required This position is full time (we take Friday afternoons off! No weekends!) We utilize technology in our clinic so familiarity with a computer is a must. The front desk can be busy so multi-tasking skills are essential Smile! If you are a "people person", this role is for you! There is room to grow in this position as many of our front desk staff have moved on to assisting the doctors more directly with testing as well as helping patients one-on-one in the optical with their eyeglasses. Our staff love to be cross-trained and help in many areas of the clinic.
