Legal Receptionist Responsibilities and Duties:
- Answer incoming calls
- Utilize a call log to accurately document messages
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail
- Manage incoming electronic communications and downloads
- Coordinate client communications
Ideal Candidate:
- Exceptional Organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment with strong attention to detail
- Microsoft Word experience required
- Familiar with basic Excel and Adobe functions
- Able to work independently and rapidly adapt to incoming information
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
