Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Front Desk Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our organization. Duties Greet visitors and clients warmly, ensuring they feel welcomed and attended to promptly Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls efficiently and professionally using proper phone etiquette Handle incoming correspondence, emails, and inquiries with clarity and professionalism Maintain organized filing systems, data entry records, and ensure accurate document proofreading Support appointment scheduling, calendar management, and coordinate meetings or events as needed Assist with office management tasks including supply inventory, basic bookkeeping using QuickBooks, and general clerical duties Utilize computer skills across Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace to prepare reports, correspondence, and presentations Qualifications Proven experience in office management or administrative support roles with strong clerical skills Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle diverse client interactions confidently Proficiency in computer literacy including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace, and data entry software Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve a diverse clientele effectively Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in proofreading, filing, and time management Experience with front desk operations in medical or dental settings is a plus Personal assistant or medical receptionist experience is advantageous but not required Join us in creating a welcoming environment where professionalism meets enthusiasm!
