Job Description
Front Desk Receptionist Better View Restoration - Grand Island, Nebraska Position Summary Better View Restoration is seeking a friendly, organized, and dependable Front Desk Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our customers, contractors, vendors, and team members. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service, handle incoming calls and messages professionally, and assist with daily office operations. Key Responsibilities Greet customers and visitors in a friendly and professional manner. Answer and direct incoming phone calls. Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, and text message. Schedule and confirm appointments with homeowners and team members. Maintain an organized front desk and office environment. Assist with data entry, filing, scanning, copying, and other administrative tasks. Receive and distribute mail, documents, and deliveries. Assist with preparing and sending invoices, estimates, and other customer documents. Maintain accurate customer and project information in company systems. Communicate with homeowners, insurance adjusters, subcontractors, and vendors as needed. Follow up with customers regarding appointments, documents, payments, or project information. Assist the office and production teams with daily administrative needs. Maintain confidentiality of customer and company information. Perform other office duties as assigned. Qualifications Previous receptionist, customer service, or office experience preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Professional and friendly telephone manner. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities. Proficient with computers, email, Microsoft Office, and other office software. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Dependable, punctual, and professional. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus. Experience in construction, roofing, insurance restoration, or a related industry is a plus but not required.
