The successful candidates will have prior experience as a receptionist, legal assistant, or paralegal in a law firm. The positions entail extensive contact with clients, state and federal courts, and administrative agencies. The successful candidates must be able to multi-task and prioritize work; and must have excellent organizational, written, and communication skills. The successful candidates must be able to work from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday - Friday. Spanish proficiency is required and prior experience working in the fields of personal injury, family law, immigration law, or criminal defense is preferred.
