Job Description
We are looking for someone who has a positive attitude and would describe themselves as motivated, dependable, and solution minded. The ideal candidate for this position is professional and friendly, works well in a team environment, and has excellent customer service skills, is organized and proficient on the computer. Responsibilities Recording of day-to-day communications with internal and external customers Answer telephones and relay information as needed Schedule Appointments with customers Manage emails, both replying and creating emails Communicate and work with external marketing company to drive business Maintain Social Media posts Maintain, update and create account records for clients and vendors, using a computer and/or manually Proofread documents, records, or other files to ensure accuracy Operate office machines, such as photocopiers and scanners, and personal computers Prepare and edit documents Filing, organizing and keeping the day to day up to date Any other tasks or duties as assigned Skills Expertise in Office Suite (especially Excel and Word) Experience with CRM software preferred Experience with Xactimate estimate software a plus, but not mandatory Knowledge of property insurance claims, including processes, scopes and billing/invoicing a plus, but not mandatory Ability to handle sensitive, confidential information Ability to prioritize deadlines and manage multiple projects Ability to problem solve and offer insights into company efficiency/financial trends High degree of accuracy and attention to detail Excellent written/oral communication and phone etiquette Willingness to learn and take direction Work well with others in office Requirements College degree preferred but not required
