Job Summary Capitol Center for OMS is seeking an energetic and highly organized Front Desk Coordinator to be the welcoming face of our office. In this vital role, you will manage front desk operations, handle multi-line phone systems, and provide exceptional customer service to visitors and clients. Your proactive approach and excellent communication skills will ensure smooth daily operations, support office management tasks, and create a positive environment for all who enter our space. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your administrative expertise while contributing to a dynamic team. Responsibilities Greet visitors, clients, and vendors with professionalism and warmth, ensuring a positive first impression. Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls efficiently and providing accurate information or transferring as needed. Maintain the front desk area, ensuring it is tidy, welcoming, and well-stocked with necessary supplies. Qualifications Proven office experience with strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Experience with multi-line phone systems and excellent phone etiquette. Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities efficiently. Previous experience in front desk or administrative roles such as medical receptionist or personal assistant is a plus.
