Job Description
Orr & Reno, P.A., a Concord law firm, is seeking a full-time Receptionist to join our team. Key responsibilities include projecting a professional image while providing exceptional customer service to clients, guests and other employees; answering incoming phone calls; and greeting guests in a professional and courteous manner. The successful candidate will also be extremely dependable, possess excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, have the ability to handle a multi-line phone system, be able to host large groups of clients in multiple conference rooms, and understand the importance of protecting confidential client information. This position serves as a coordinator for our "front of house" operations, so the ideal candidate will be someone who can take ownership of the firm's public spaces and ensure that they are well-maintained. Knowledge of and a proficiency with Microsoft Office programs and standard office equipment is also required. This team member also assists with various projects to support our administrative team. Examples of such projects include, but are not limited to, assisting with scanning, fielding cold calls, helping process outgoing mail and daily upkeep of the kitchen areas and conference rooms. The ideal candidate will have prior reception experience within an office environment, although we are willing to invest time in training the right candidate.
