Part-Time Evening Position | Belletete Ballet Studio Belletete Ballet Studio is looking for a friendly, organized, and dependable individual to join our team as a Studio Family Coordinator ! At Belletete, we believe we are more than just a dance studio...we are a family. We are looking for someone who loves connecting with people, creating a welcoming environment, and helping our students and families feel known and valued from the moment they walk through our doors. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys a combination of customer service, organization, and behind-the-scenes studio support. Our ideal candidate is someone who will learn our students' names, greet families with a smile, and become a familiar and trusted face in our studio community.
Schedule:
Part-Time Evening Hours (approximately 19.5-20 hours/week)
Monday-Thursday:
5:00-9:00
PM Friday:
4:00-7:30
PM Responsibilities Include:
Welcome students, parents, and visitors as they arrive at the studio Learn students' names and build positive relationships with families Provide a warm, friendly, and professional front desk experience Answer questions and assist families with general studio information Help maintain a clean, organized, and inviting studio environment Keep the lobby, waiting areas, and common spaces tidy throughout the evening Assist with administrative tasks including organization, filing, data entry, and studio projects Support daily studio operations and help things run smoothly during busy class hours Communicate with staff and families in a positive and professional manner
We Are Looking For Someone Who:
Loves working with children and families Is outgoing, approachable, and enjoys connecting with people Is reliable, organized, and able to multitask in a busy environment Has strong attention to detail and takes pride in their work Can work independently while also being part of a team Has excellent communication skills Is comfortable with basic computer and administrative tasks Understands the importance of creating a welcoming community Dance experience is not required , but a love of the arts, children, or community-based organizations is a plus!
Compensation:
Hourly rate will be based on experience and qualifications.
