Lebanon Village Pizza is looking for a cool-headed, friendly, organized multitasker to join our team at the takeout counter. This is a fast-paced position and an important part of our restaurant. You'll often be the first person our guests speak with and the last person they see before heading home with their food. We're looking for someone who can keep things moving, communicate clearly, and stay positive, even when the phone is ringing, orders are coming in and there are five things happening at once. We're proud to serve the Lebanon community and we want someone who genuinely enjoys taking care of people. What You'll Do

• Answer incoming phone calls and accurately take guest orders
• Greet takeout guests and provide friendly, efficient service
• Enter orders accurately into the POS system
• Organize, check, and package takeout orders before they leave the restaurant
• Coordinate with the kitchen and front-of-house team to keep orders moving
• Manage multiple orders, phone calls, and guest needs at the same time
• Communicate realistic wait times and keep guests informed
• Handle payments and cash accurately
• Work with third-party delivery drivers and online orders
• Double-check orders for accuracy, sauces, sides, utensils, and special requests
• Handle guest concerns calmly and professionally
• Help diffuse difficult situations and find solutions when something doesn't go as planned
• Keep the takeout and counter area clean, stocked, and organized
• Jump in and help the rest of the team when needed Who We're Looking For You don't need to be perfect or have years of restaurant experience. You do need to be dependable, comfortable talking with people, and able to think clearly when things get busy. The right person is someone who:
