You'll be the first person our customers see and often the first person they speak with, so we're looking for someone who is positive, professional, confident, and genuinely enjoys helping people. This is a fast-paced position, you must be comfortable multitasking, staying organized, and knowing what needs your attention first. What You'll Do Greet customers and provide a welcoming, professional experience Answer incoming calls, assist with questions, and direct calls when necessary Help estimate customers check in and communicate with our estimating team Assist customers with repair-status inquiries Document customer conversations and important information accurately in repair orders Prepare customer files, paperwork, key tags, and check-in documents Create repair orders and repair plans for incoming tow-in vehicles Maintain the front desk, customer waiting area, daily cash sheet, and cash drawer Process customer payments and ensure deductibles and other balances are collected before vehicle delivery Prepare completed-repair paperwork for customers picking up their vehicles Communicate customer concerns promptly to estimators and management You'll Be a

Friendly and professional with customers Highly organized and detail-oriented Comfortable juggling several responsibilities at once Able to prioritize without needing constant direction Confident answering phones and speaking with customers Accurate when handling money and paperwork Dependable, punctual, and willing to take ownership of your responsibilities Able to stay calm and positive in a busy environment Automotive, collision repair, dealership, or insurance experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person with strong customer service and organizational skills.
Pay:
From $22.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
