This is a part-time position. The Pay The Part-Time Receptionist position pays $17.50/hour. The Location We are located at 51 Scarborough Lane, Milford, NH. This position is onsite. Additional Job Details Acts as first point of contact for in-person guests for the New Hampshire plant Acts as first point of contact by managing a multi-line phone system for both New Hampshire and Ohio plants Manages visitor check-ins by using and maintaining an electronic check-in system Maintains daily statistics on call and visitor volume Orders, maintains, and stocks office and coffee supplies Distributes and sorts mail daily Performs various clerical duties as needed, such as: filing, photocopying, preparing Microsoft Word documents and Excel Spreadsheets Provides support for ad-hoc project and event planning work Education required: High school diploma or general education diploma (GED)
