Front Desk Coordinator

Description - 5 days on-site in East Rutherford per week

• Greet and assist visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
• Answer and direct incoming calls; provide general information or route to appropriate staff.
• Schedule and organize meetings, conference calls, and appointments.
• Prepare materials for meetings and events, including documents, catering, and logistics.
• Coordinate travel arrangements and manage expense reports.
• Assist with property management tasks such as billing, collections, and tenant communications.
• Manage office supplies, IT support coordination, and facility maintenance.
• Support internal communications and assist with marketing and development initiatives.
• Plan and manage broker and client events.
• Handle invoice coding and processing. Skills Microsoft office, powerpoint, scheduling, expenses, office supplies, outlook, email, IT Support, travel arrangement, peoplesoft Additional Skills & Qualifications
• Minimum 5 years of administrative or front desk experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and PeopleSoft
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines.
• Professionalism and discretion in handling confidential information.

Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of East Rutherford, NJ. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $33.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
