Busy law firm seeking a reliable, organized Front Desk Receptionist. Responsibilities include answering phones, handling all incoming mail and faxes, assisting with data entry, assisting with maintaining the firm calendar, greeting clients, and performing general administrative duties as assigned. The ideal candidate is professional, presentable appearance, detail-oriented, dependable, and able to multitask in a fast-paced office.
