Responsibilities Greet visitors and clients warmly, ensuring they feel welcomed and attended to promptly. Answer multi-line phone systems efficiently, directing calls accurately and professionally. Manage dental appointment scheduling, calendar coordination, and reminders using productivity software such as Microsoft Office and Google Workspace. Perform data entry tasks with precision, maintaining accurate records in spreadsheets and databases. Handle clerical duties including filing, proofreading documents, and managing correspondence with excellent attention to detail. Support office management activities such as supply inventory, filing systems, and basic bookkeeping using QuickBooks or similar software. Assist with client communication, providing support via phone, email, or in person to ensure excellent customer service. Requirements Proven experience in office administration or front desk roles, preferably within medical or dental settings. Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), Google Workspace, and data entry tools. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Exceptional phone etiquette and communication skills; bilingual abilities are a plus. Familiarity with multi-line phone systems, scheduling software, and basic bookkeeping is highly desirable. Demonstrated customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and professional appearance. Ability to handle confidential information discreetly while maintaining accuracy in clerical tasks.
